To Investigate The Clinical Efficacy Of Yi Nang Zhu Yun Decoction In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Phlegm-damp Syndrome Based On Homocysteine Level

Objective:Based on the level of homocysteine(homocysteine,Hcy),the purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Yinangzhuyun Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)of phlegm-dampness syndrome,and to provide clinical theoretical support for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness syndrome with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:84 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness syndrome and elevated homocysteine were selected in gynecology clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to June 2020.They were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The observation group was treated with Yinangzhuyun Decoction combined with Diane-35 and Elevit oral administration.The control group was treated only with Diane-35 and Elevit orally,and both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.The changes of clinical curative effect,body mass index(body mass index,BMI),serum homocysteine,folic acid,vitamin B12,the ratio of luteinizing hormone(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)to follicle-stimulating hormone(Follicle-stimulating Hormone,FSH)were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Total clinical effect:the total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 97.62%and 78.57%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Comparison of the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment:the TCM syndrome score,BMI,serum Hey,folic acid,vitamin B12,serum LH/FSH in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison of curative effect between the two groups after treatment:there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle,serum folic acid and vitamin B12 between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),but the score of TCM syndrome,BMI,serum Hcy,LH/FSH in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the two groups have the same curative effect in improving serum folic acid,vitamin B12 and adjusting menstrual cycle,while in reducing BMI,serum Hcy,LH/FSH and the integral level of TCM syndrome,the observation group is better than the control group.4.Comparison of follow-up results:the number of patients with menstrual disorders accounted for 14.29%in the observation group,and 92.86%in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yinangzhuyun Decoction is superior to Diane-35 in improving endocrine disorders and related symptoms in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness syndrome.2.Yinangzhuyun Decoction can help reduce the elevated level of Hcy level in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm-dampness syndrome,and the regulation mechanism has nothing to do with folic acid and vitamin B12 metabolism.3.There are no adverse reactions during treatment,and the safety is higher.
