Clinical observation on the subject of treatment from the perspective of sputum and blood stasis of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome, Compared before and after treatment, patients were observed the changes of clinical symptoms, and the test results were statistically analyzed, to determine the significance of differences, evaluate the curative efficacy of the medicine, further exploration of pathogenesis of Obesity-type polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:40patients with polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosis, and conform to fat diagnosis, TCM differentiation for phlegm retention and blood stasis, are provided self-made Huatan Quyu Bushen Decoction from the fourth day of menses until the next time menstruation, while the first to the third menstrual days self-made modified Tiaojing Decoction, circulating for6months. The quantity, color, character of menstrualblood, basal body temperature, B-ultrasound are observed and contrasted before and after treatment cycle. Levels of fasting insulin, fast ing blood glucose, serum testosterone, estradiol, cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease, LH/FSH ratio are also contrasted according to the evaluation standard of Curative effect. Finally use t test to determine the statistical significance of the differences.Results:In the present study, before and after treatment, the hairy symptom score, and obesity index decreased, P<0.05, with significant differences, with self-made Huatan Quyu Bushen decoction therapeutic schedule, the hirsutism, obesity symptoms of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are improved; Levels of fasting insulin and fasting blood glucose decreased, P<0.05, indicating the reversal effect on the trend of insulin resistance; serum testosterone levels decrease, P<0.05, indicating the reduced effect of the therapy on serum testosterone level; low density lipoprotein reduces, and high density lipoprotein increases, P<0.05, Suggest that the therapy can reduce the level of low density lipoprotein and increase the level of high density lipoprotein. but the cholesterol, triglyceride reduction was not statistically significant, the effect on the cholesterol, triglyceride level is not obvious, there may be some effect of lipid lowering, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease levels decreased, P<0.05, indicate the therapy can improve liver function; LH/FSH ratio decreased, but P>0.05, there is no significant difference; the decreasing effect on the LH/FSH ratio is not obvious; estrogen levels also decreased, but P>0.05; this treatment on serum estrogen effect is not obvious.Conclusion:Huatan Quyu Bushen Decoction in the treatment of obese patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome, can effectively improve hirsutism, obesity symptoms;has a reversal effect on patients with insulin resistance trend; can decrease testosterone level; decrease the level of low density lipoprotein and increase the level of high density lipoprotein. improve liver function, have certain lipid-regulat ing effect; wi thout impairment of renal funct ion. The total efficiency is95%.
