Clinical Study On Three Steps And Nine Methods Tuina Therapy For The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of three steps and nine methods tuina therapy for the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:According to the predetermined diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60cases of cervical vertigo patients were selected, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of30cases. The treatment group were treated with three steps and nine methods tuina therapy; the control group were treated with conventional tuina therapy.Results:The vertigo symptom score, by statistical analysis, the treatment group was better than control group in improving symptoms of vertigo (P<0.05). The TCD index, the treatment group was better than control group in improving blood velocity of vertebrobasilar artery (P<0.05).Conclusion:Three steps and nine methods tuina therapy and conventional tuina therapy do have effect on cervical vertigo, but three steps and nine methods tuina was superior to conventionaltuina, in the improvement of cervical vertigo symptoms in patients.
