Objective:In order to evaluate the clinical effect of three steps-seven methods massage on lower limb movement function in patients with lumbar disc herniation, the improvement of lumbar VAS pain score, lumbar JO A scale score and the temporal and temporal parameters of lower limb gait before and after treatment were observed.Methods:60 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and 30 to the control group. The treatment group was treated with three steps-seven methods massage, while the control group was' treated with regular massage. The two groups were treated once/day,5 times/week and 10 times in 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, lumbar VAS pain score, lumbar JOA scale score and three-dimensional gait analysis system were used to observe the changes in the temporal and spatial parameters of lumbar pain, function and gait of the two groups of patients and the differences between the two groups,so as to evaluate whether there is any difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:1.Lumbar VAS score:there was no difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS score of the two groups after 1 course of treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.001).2.Lumbar JOA scale score:there was no difference in JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).JOA score of the two groups after 1 course of treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.001).3.Spatial and temporal parameters of the gait of lower limbs:?stride length:Patients in both groups showed significant increase after 1 course of treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).?cadence:After 1 course of treatment, both groups showed an increase compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).?velocity:Patients in the treatment group were significantly increased before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no difference before and after treatment in the control group(JP>0.05),and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).?swing phase:After treatment, both groups showed a decrease compared with before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).? stance phase:There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Three steps-seven methods massage and regular massage therapy have certain effects on improving lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients' lumbar VAS pain score, lumbar JO A scale score and temporal and spatial parameters of lower limb gait.2.Three steps-seven methods massage is superior to regular massage in terms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients' waist VAS pain score, waist JOA scale score and lower limb stride, pace and swing phase.3.Three steps-seven methods massage is effective in improving lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients' waist pain and lower limb movement function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
