Objective: To observe the curative effect of cervicalvertigo by the method of Differerntiation of syndromes (bian zheng) in TCM.Methods: The literature research: To summary and evaluate the pathogenesy and prevention and cure SQ of cervicalvertigo through referring to packs of Chinese and foreign literature from ancient times and modern times. Clinical research: Choose 60 patients who have had cervicalvertigo that comform to the conditions can be selected. The patients are divided into two groups presently, the first team is given to treate by the method of taking the normal curation of modern times; the second team is given to treateby the method of taking Chinese herbal medicine through Differerntiation of syndromes (bian zheng) of TCM in base of the normal curation of modern times. After treated two treatmentvs, all patients are compared to themselves before treatment and after treatment. Then analyse and evaluate the relate data and results.Result: The curative of cervicalvertigo by the method of Differerntiation of syndromes (bian zheng) in TCM is obvious. The total effiency of the group by taking the Chinese herbal medicine is 86.67％, The total effiency Of the group by taking the Western medicine is 76.67％, After treated, the two groups have obvious effecty through the examine of (?)±S, P＜0.05.Conclusion: Cervicalvertigo is to cause by the factor of air,fire,phlegm,stasis,weakness, the base is weakness of the liver and kidney,weakness of the air and blood. On the surface, the couse of the factor of air,cold,wet, also feelings,strain,external injury can cause the cervicalvertigo The curative effect observation about treating cervicalvertigo by the method of Differerntiation of syndromes (bian zheng) in TCM, the curative effect is preferably.
