| Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqiwenyang Qingrehuoxue Formula onChronic Heart Failure. Sixty CHF patients are randomly divided into two groups, thecontrol group and the treatment group, with thirty cases in each. The control group(western conventional therapy group):, to the western medicine conventional anti-heartfailure treatment; treatment groups: standard treatment in Western medicine on the basis ofthe above plus use " Yiqiwenyang Qingrehuoxue " and two groups are28days for acourse of treatment, an assessment of treatment efficacy after. Results：Comparisonbetween two groups on total effect of TCM syndrome、scores of single symptom、totaleffect in cardiac function of NYHA classification、total effect in Lee cardiac function、totaleffect of6MWT:、related indexes of LVEF dnd LVEDd、the digitalis-stop reduction，the treatment group is prior to the control group with statistical significance。Conclusions:Yiqiwenyang Qingrehuoxue is an effective medicament of treating Chronic HeartFailurewhich can moderate the clinical symptoms,promote the patients’ recovery,defertheprogress of disease and reduce the pulmonary damages. |
