The Clinical Research On Treating Hematuria Of LGN Which Type Was Dampness-heat In Lower Jiao With Erhuang Sicao Soup In TCM

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Erhuang Sicao soup for Hematuria ofLGN which type was dampness-heat in lower jiao.Methods:60patients accorded the inclusion criteria were selected, using randomizedcontrolled trials, divided into observation group(30cases) and control group(30cases),thetwo groups were given basic treatment, observation group was given Erhuang Sicao soup,control group was given Xueniaoan capsule. Evaluated the clinical effect after thetreatment of a course. Compared the changes of TCM symptom score、Urine RBCcount,24h urinary protein, GRF of two groups before and after treatment.Results:①The two groups of patients in age, gender, type of hematuria, TCM symptomscore，Urine RBC count,24h urinary protein, GRF of two groups before treatment had nosignificant difference(P>0.05).②The total efficiency of disease treatment were79.3%inobservation group, the total efficiency of disease treatment were67.9%in control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).③The total effective rate of TCMsyndrome were in93.1%in observation group, the total effective rate of TCM syndromewere in71.4%in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).④Thetotal score syndromes in both groups after treatment are better than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Differences between the two groupswas statistically significant (P<0.01).⑤Yellow urine total effective rate of observationgroup was93.1%, yellow urine total effective rate of control group was85.7%, thedifference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Yellow urine burning urination totaleffective rate of observation group was96.6%, yellow urine burning urination total effective rate of control group was82.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05).⑥Urine RBC count of two groups after treatmentare better than those beforetreatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); Urine RBC count inobservation group were better than those in the control group.⑦24h urinary protein ofobservation group after treatment were better than those before treatment, the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05);24h urinary protein of observation group were betterthan those in the control group，The difference was not statistically significant between thetwo groups(P<0.05).⑧Glomerular filtration rate of the two groups had increased,but thedifference of magnitude improvement of glomerular filtration rate both two groups wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).⑨The patients did not appear obvious symptoms. Thedifference of SCr, BUN, ALT, AST Before and after treatment was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05).Conclusion: Erhuang Sicao soup can significantly improve the clinical signs andsymptoms,reduce urinary sediment RBC count and24-hour urine protein level, improveglomerular filtration rate level, it has a good clinical efficacy, it is safety and reliability.
