Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Hematuria(Damp-heat Syndrome) By Using Detoxification And Dampness And Hemostasis

Objective: The curative effect of the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis hematuria(damp heat syndrome)was analyzed by the self-prepared prescription of the method of treating diarrhea and dampness and hemostasis.By observing the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hematuria(damp heat syndrome),the occult blood,red blood cell count,red blood cell count(high power field)and clinical symptoms and signs changes in urine routine before and after treatment were confirmed,and the heat loss was verified.Wet hemostasis is used in the clinical treatment of chronic nephritis hematuria(damp heat syndrome)safety and effectiveness,providing feasibility for clinical treatment.Methods:The patients who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from 2018.01.01 to2011.12.31,were eligible for 72 patients with hematuria diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis and TCM syndrome of damp-heat syndrome.They were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group.Thirty-six patients in the treatment group were given the prescription of Jiexie Lishi Ningxue Decoction(2 times/day)orally,30 minutes after morning and evening,and 36 cases in the control group.Hemodiabin Capsule(Shaanxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hantang)Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,(5 capsules,3 times / day)orally.Both groups were treated for 4weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs and urinary red blood cell counts,red blood cells(high power field),and urine occult blood were compared before and after treatment,and comprehensive analysis was performed.Results:The effective rate of Jiexie Lishi Ningxue Decoction group(treatment group)was 38.9%,the total efficacy rate was 88.9%;the effective rate of hematuria capsule group(control group)was 16.7%,the total curative effect rate was 72.2%,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Therefore,for the treatment of chronic nephritis,hematuria(damp heat syndrome)is better than the hematuria capsule group.Conclusion: The treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hematuria(damp heat syndrome)can control or improve clinical symptoms with good efficacy.Clinical treatment can be used as an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hematuria(damp heat syndrome).
