Objectives:To explore the relationship between TCM syndromes of childhood CP andthe familiar pathogenic factors that caused its occurrence,and provide the differentiationevidence for the treatment.Methods:Through questionnaire,collect the children’s diagnostic material who isinaccord with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine,thenestablish a date base,process the relevant date by statistics and analyze thecorrelation of different pathogenic factors,different clinical symptoms and the TCMsyndromes.Results:155cases were investigated,in which there were51cases belong to thedeficiency of both the sliver and the kidney syndrome, and37cases belong to the excess ofthe sliver and deficiency of the spleen syndrome,and33cases belong to the deficiency ofboth the hart and the spleen syndrome, and28cases belong to the deficiency of both thespleen and the kidney syndrome, and6cases belong to the obstruction of both the phlegmand the gore.By statistical analysis,TCM syndromes of childhood have no significantcorrelation with gender,age, anoxia inside the temple, many fetuses, hun muddy amnioticfluid, omen of having a miscarriage,the new born’s asphyxiation,new born’s anoxia lacksa guts brain disease (P>0.05);but have significan correlation with physical condition of themother, premature delivery, low birth weight,new born’s high bilirubin level blood disease,difficulty of parturition, intracranial hemorrhage in newborn(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM syndromes of childhood CP in remission is related topremature delivery, low birth weight, new born’s high bilirubin level blood disease,difficulty of parturition, intracranial hemorrhage in newborn,so we should refer to therelated factors in clinical syndrome differentiation in order to perfect the clinical syndrome factor and improve the syndrome differentiation level.
