Investigation On Rehabilitation Needs Of Children With Cerebral Palsy And Its Influencing Factors In Designated Rehabilitation Institutions Of Anhui Province

Objective:This study was designed to understand the current situation of rehabilitation needs of children with cerebral palsy due to the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in Anhui Province,and to analyze the influencing factors affecting the rehabilitation needs of children with cerebral palsy,and to explore the feasible solutions to the rehabilitation needs of children with cerebral palsy at this stage,and to provide relevant policies and standards for our country in accordance with.Methods:In this study,347 patients with cerebral palsy from Anhui Province were randomly selected from March to June in 2017 as the subjects.Reference domestic and foreign related research questionnaires,combined with the actual situation of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation,consulting experts,design the cerebral palsy rehabilitation establishment that decide a dot in Anhui province in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation needs questionnaire investigation,using Epidata3.0software input data,using SPSS19.0 software for statistical data analysis.Use mean and standard deviation indicators to analyze metrological data,rate end composition ratio are used to analyze counting data.The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression model.Results:（1）The general situation of the study objectsIn this study,a total of 347 cases of children with cerebral palsy were investigated.Among them,205 cases（59.1%）were male and 142 cases（40.9%）were female,gender ratio is 1.4:1;174（50.1%）were children aged 0-6 years and 173（49.9%）were children over 6 years old.The types of cerebral palsy are mainly spastic and mixed,133 cases（38.3%）were spastic cerebral palsy,100 cases（28.8%）were mixed cerebral palsy,54cases（15.6%）were low muscle tension cerebral palsy,39 cases（11.2%）were not free exercise cerebral palsy,21 cases（6.1%）were ataxia cerebral palsy.（2）Rehabilitation status of children with cerebral palsyOf the 347 children with cerebral palsy,54（15.56%）had continued to receive rehabilitation,and 258（74.35%）were treated with intermittent rehabilitation,35（10.09%）received only transient rehabilitation.（3）The score of rehabilitation needs for children with cerebral palsyThe average score of total rehabilitation needs for children with cerebral palsy was（123.43±15.89）points.Among them,the average score of rehabilitation needs was（37.48±5.56）points,the average household demand was（17.22±3.57）points,the average demand for education is（18.01±3.44）points,the average score of psychological needs was（11.06±4.65）points,the average community needs were（18.81±3.83）points,the average score of social support needs is（18.81±3.83）points.（4）Analysis of influencing factors on rehabilitation needs of children with cerebralThe results of univariate analysis showed that different types of cerebral palsy,the different educational level of parents,different marital status of parents,different family income,different sibling situation,different medical security situation,different rescue procedures need to be simplified,rehabilitation after the different improvement of the situation,different professionals to teach family rehabilitation treatment,different professionals to talk about the child’s functional situation,the business practitioners of different levels of business evaluation,different rehabilitation satisfaction,different training time in the organization,different past rehabilitation status,these 14 factors affect the rehabilitation needs of children with cerebral palsy（P<0.05）.Select the nine factors that affect the need for rehabilitation:the educational level of the parents,the marital status of the parents,the monthly income of the family,the condition of the children’s medical security,the situation of the brothers and sisters,the evaluation of the business level,the satisfaction of the rehabilitation effect,the duration of rehabilitation.The total score of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy was taken as the dependent variable,and the multiple stepwise regression analysis was carried out.The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of X_4、X₆ and X₉ was 22.6%for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Conclusion:（1）In this study,boys with cerebral palsy are more than girls,the type of cerebral palsy is mainly spastic and mixed.（2）Rehabilitation statuses of children with cerebral palsy are mainly intermittently accepting the rehabilitation and continued to recover from birth.（3）The demand for recovery treatment,family,education,psychology,community and social support of children with cerebral palsy in Anhui province with cerebral palsy were very strong.（4）The medical security of children with cerebral palsy,the assessment of employees,different rehabilitation statuses affect the rehabilitation needs of children with cerebral palsy.
