Objective: To survey the quality of parents’ lives, whose children got cerebral palsy, and analyze the main affecting factors of lives. Methods: Using questionnaires, parents of children with 103 cases for the issuance of the patient group SF-36 scale(American short form health survey) and parents of children with cerebral palsy quality of life factors questionnaire on 103 cases in the control group of normal children’s parents paid SF-36 scale, two groups were adopted self-administered survey methods and statistics, eventually using the t test, correlation analysis and single-factor analysis of variance.Analyzing the quality and its influencing factors of parents’ lives, whose children got cerebral palsy. Results: Case group and the control group compared to the dimensions of QOL were significantly different, the results of the individual scores of the patient group were higher than the control group, namely: the quality of life of the patient group were higher than the control group. The various dimensions of QOL scores of parents of children with cerebral palsy have different degrees of decline, in which the most significant decline in scores are for GH, VT, MH, RE, and 55.51,65.54,61.56,68.39 points respectively; children’s age and PF, GH, RE was positively correlated(P <0.05); disease in children with PF, GH, SF, RE was negatively correlated; parents ’age was positively correlated with SF; parents’ education level and eight dimensions were not significantly correlated; children gender, age of children, children with the disease, age of the parents, twins, father’s occupation, parents’ occupation and education level of parents these eight factors on parental QOL were affected, and a statistically significant(P <0.05);multivariate Logistic regression analysis: multivariate analysis of the groups the results for gender, age, father’s occupation, parents’ occupation and education level of parents wereinvolved in the multiple regression equation. The difference was statistically significant((P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The influence factors on the quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy is the result of many factors; 2. In a variety of factors, the most important factor for children with gender, age of children, parents’ education level and career-related economic difficulties.
