Objective:The target of this study is a patient diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease?CSVD?in Sichuan. These patients have completed head magnetic resonance imaging?MRI?,magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging?SWI?and magnetic resonance angiography?MRA?examinations Through collecting relevant data of such patients, screening for risk factors of CSVD,formulating early prevention and treatment programs, and studying the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of CSVD patients, providing reference theoretical basis for syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:In this study,we retrospectively analyzed the relevant data of patients diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease, identified the disease according to the"stroke-Meridian"of traditional Chinese medicine, and formulated the"Quantitative Criteria for Stroke Syndrome Classification"in accordance with the"Guidelines for Clinical Research on the Treatment of Stroke with New Chinese Medicine"Table"for dialectical classification, establishment of research data database, statistical analysis using spss25.0 software[1].Result:A total of 175 patients were included,includin3g 73 males?41.7%?and 102females?58.3%?.The male to female ratio is 0.72:1.The age range of the included patients was 32-80 years, with an average age of 65.30±9.78 years,elderly?77.2%?,middle-aged?20%?,and young?2.8%?.The maximum BMI value of all patients was 32.8 and the minimum was 15.6.The average BMI value was 23.45±3.25,male 23.82±2.87,female 23.18±3.48,9 people with BMI<18.5,92 people with BMI=18.5?23.9,and BMI?24.74 people. In all cases,96 patients?54.8%?were associated with hypertension,49?28.0%?were associated with diabetes,98?56.0%?were associated with hyperlipidemia, and hyperhomocysteinemia was associated with22?12.6%?had symptoms of illness,56?32.0%?had abnormal blood glucose,74?42.3%?were obese and overweight?BMI?24?,46?26.3%?had a history of smoking, and had a history of drinking 45 of them?25.7%?,175 had lacunar infarction,109 had white matter lesions, and 48 had cerebral microbleeds,of which 57 were patients with LI alone,70 with LI and WML,and 9 with LI and CMB.There were 39 patients with all three.Among the 175 patients with CSVD,66 were qi deficiency and blood stasis syndromes?37.7%?,wind phlegm resistance and collateral syndrome syndromes were50?28.6%?,31 cases?17.7%?were phlegm stasis and syndrome syndromes, and 28yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndromes?16.0%?.1.There are more females than males in CSVD patients. Most of the patients are middle-aged and elderly, followed by middle-aged and youngest. The weight distribution is mainly normal weight, overweight and obesity.2.Among the risk factors, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, and overweight have a higher incidence in CSVD patients, followed by abnormal blood glucose, diabetes, smoking, and alcohol consumption.Hyperhomocysteinemia is the least.3.In CSVD patients,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are the most common, followed by wind phlegm obstruction syndrome, phlegm stasis obstruction syndrome and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome are the least.Qi deficiency, blood stasis syndrome and wind phlegm obstruction syndrome are related to age, weight distribution, and types of combined imaging subtypes.4.CSVD patients had the most imaging findings in the 2 cases, followed by patients with only one subtype, and the three imaging subtypes had the least.Conclusion:1.CSVD is more common in the elderly. The prevalence of women is higher than that of men,and there are differences in gender and age.2.CSVD patients have Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as the most common syndrome type, followed by wind-phlegm obstruction syndrome and phlegm-stasis obstruction syndrome syndrome. The type distribution is relatively uniform, and the elderly population is mainly distributed with qi deficiency, blood stasis syndrome, wind phlegm obstruction syndrome..3.Lacunar infarction,WML patients are most common with Qi deficiency, blood stasis, wind phlegm obstruction, and CMB patients are more evenly distributed.Qi deficiency and blood stasis are more common in patients with simple LI,and qi deficiency and blood stasis and wind and phlegm obstruction are the most common in patients with LI and WML and LI+CMB.
