Objective: By observing two different methods of rehabilitation guide children humeruscondyle fracture on the clinical efficacy of postoperative functional rehabilitation, study ofbalanced principle between movement and immobilization for children’s elbowpostoperative function recovery of guiding significance. Methods: Select treatment of63cases of humerus condyle fracture on children as theresearch objects in shandong traditional medience hospital pediatric orthopaedic from Jun.2012to Mar.2014,3cases were unqualified. Depending on the postoperative functionrecovery guidelines divided into group A and group B,30cases in each group, group Apostoperative in static equilibrium principle downward elbow joint function exercise(experimental group); Group B according to the traditional rehabilitation guidance in4weeks after start line of functional exercise (control group). Through rehabilitation trainingguidance, outpatient care and telephone pays a return visit, respectively on two groups ofcases with Angle, and rehabilitation efficacy of elbow flexion mobility comparison andstatistical analysis. Results: Followed up for3~6months, according to Flynn elbow function evaluationstandard: experimental group with elbow function recovery was93.33%, better than thecontrol group76.67%. Statistical data demonstrate that in group A (dynamic and staticbalance principle guided functional exercise) rehabilitation was significantly higher thangroup B (traditional postoperative function recovery). Conclusion: Children elbow postoperative function exercise of balanced principle betweenmovement and immobilization, promote the elbow function recovery, shorten the functionrecovery time, avoid the advantages of the elbow joint stiffness after, thus provides theelbow joint function rehabilitation in children with a kind of practical guidelines, is worthfurther clinical application.
