Objective: To observe the recovery of elbow joint fumigating and washing by the fumigation No.2 after operation of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods: From May 2019 to November 2019,60 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with percutaneous needle were selected from Quanzhou Orthopedic Traumatological hospital.47 were male and 13 were female. The age range is 5~14 years old and the average age was 7.9±2.5 years old.The patients were divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases. All the selected cases were closed reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation and plaster external fixation, and reexamined by the same group of doctors after discharge.X-ray was reexamined on the 28 th day(4 weeks)after operation to confirm the clinical healing, the Kirschner's needle was removed, and fumigation was started on the 31 st day after operation. In the control group, the routine elbow joint functional exercise and the same temperature of warm water fumigating and washing on the 31 st day after operation,30 minutes each time, twice a day,7 days as a course of treatment, two courses in total. In the experimental group, the same elbow joint function exercise and fumigation and washing with the same temperature of the fumigation No.2 on the 31 st day after the operation were performed in the same way for 30 minutes, twice a day and 7 days as a course of treatment. Two courses of treatment were observed.Observe and record the observation indexes of the two groups: the pain intensity of elbow joint during passive exercise on the 31 st,38th and 45 th day after operation was recorded by facial expression scoring method;the activity of elbow joint on the 31 st,38th and 45 th day after operation was recorded;the stage evaluation was conducted by Mayo Elbow Joint Function evaluation standard on the 31 st,38th and 45 th day after operation;whether contact dermatitis occurred or not.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software, and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The general data(age, gender and injured side)of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),so the data of the two groups were comparable.(2)Observation index of pain intensity in elbow passive exercise: after 38 and 45 days of operation,P<0.05,with statistical significance. The data of the two groups were compared, and P<0.05,which was statistically significant.(3)The observation index of elbow joint activity: there were significant differences between the two groups on the 38 th and 45 th day after operation and between the two groups in the data group(P<0.05).(4)According to the Mayo Elbow Joint Function evaluation standard, there were significant differences between the two groups on the 38 th and 45 th day after operation(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)Safety index: there were no skin scald, skin rash, pruritus and other allergic reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: 1.The prescription of the fumigation No.2 can effectively relieve the pain of elbow joint function exercise after operation of Gartland ? supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.2.Through the joint action of medicine and heat effect, the fumigation No.2 has the effect of relaxing the tendons, unblocking the collaterals and relieving pain, and has a significant effect on improving the elbow flexion and extension function activity and elbow joint function score after operation.3.Fumigating and washing by the fumigation No.2 will not cause reactions of contact dermatitis, which is safe, reliable and easy to operate.
