The Clinical Obvervation Of Wenyangjieduxiaoying Decoction In Treating Benign Thyroid Nodules

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenyang Yiqi treatment of nodulargoiter, and evaluate its clinical application value.[Method] In60cases of thyroid nodules in our hospital were selected as the researchobject, using randomized single blind divided into control group, experimental group,30patients in each group,6months for a course of treatment. Observation of the two groupsof patients with clinical symptoms, the size and number of thyroid nodules, thyroidfunction and TRAb level change.[Results]1. The test group and the control group were decreased, in the improvement of pharyngealforeign body sensation, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, sleep, tongue andpulse condition in test group was better than the control group (P <0.05). 2. The test group and the control group total score were decreased, the test groupdecreased more obviously. Of13cases were cured,7cases markedly effective.8cases,invalid2cases，markedly effective rate of67%，the total eiffciency of93%; controlgroup4cases were cured,9cases markedly effective,12cases, invalid5cases, markedlyeffective rate of43%, the total efficiency of83%; the overall efficacy of the expeirmentalgroup than in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05).3.The experimental group has significant advantages in regulating immune,expeirmental group before and after treatment, TRAb changes, the paired t test wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); the control group before and after treatment, the totalscore by paired t test，no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05).4. In the course of the study, no adverse reactions were observed in the test group and thecontrol group.The single integral comparison of traditional Chinese medicine group andthe control group were falling, in improving the pharyngeal foreign body sensation ofcold, fatigue, and cold limbs, sleep, coating on the tongue and pulse condition oftraditional Chinese medicine group is superior to the control group (P <0.01).[Conclusion] WenYangJieDuXiaoYing Decoction can obviously improve the clinicalsymptoms in patients with thyroid nodules, reduce thyroid nodules and Regulateimmunity,with no obvious effects on thyroid hormone and small side effect.
