Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Xiachensanjie Decoction In The Treatment Of Benign Thyroid Nodules

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xia Chen Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods: In December 2016 to January 2018 in line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine outpatient and the inpatient treatment of60 patients with benign thyroid nodules,using the random number table method,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases,control group will not be any treatment,the treatment group to Xia Chen Sanjie Decoction formula granules,water a blunt 200 ml,daily 1 agent,in the morning and 1 time,temperature,observing 12 weeks.Through the treatment group compared with control group,evaluate Xia Chen Sanjie Decoction of thyroid nodule size,change the type of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with benign thyroid nodules syndrome integral,neck lymph node size,thyroid function,thyroid nodules section integral high-risk factors,and its safety and adverse reactions.Results: General information: before the treatment,two groups of patients with gender,age,weight,duration,maximum diameter,maximum diameter to the cervical lymph nodes,thyroid nodule TCM syndrome integral,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05);The curative effect of thyroid nodule was determined:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.14%,the total effective rate of the control group was 15.38%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(p<0.01);Tthe efficacy of TCM syndrome integration: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 15.38%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(p<0.01);The curative effect of western medicine: after treatment,the effect of the maximum transverse diameter of the thyroid nodule before and after treatment was significant(p<0.01),and the efficacy of the control group was not significant before and after treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the efficacy of treatment groupwas significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05);The effect of cervical lymph node reduction was determined: before and after treatment group treatment,before and after treatment of the control group,there was no significant difference in the maximum transverse diameter of cervical lymph nodes(p>0.05);Thyroid function effect:before and after treatment group treatment,control group before and after treatment,after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in thyroid function(p>0.05);Safety evaluation: the two groups before and after treatment the blood routine,urine routine,stool examination analysis are not seen obvious abnormity,the treatment group and control group after treatment of liver function,renal function,data analysis,compared with before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05);Adverse reactions: no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Xia Chen Sanjie Decoction can reduce the volume of thyroid nodules;improve the clinical symptoms of TCM patients with benign thyroid nodules of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency;no obvious improvement of lymph node and thyroid function of the neck;reduce the risk factors of malignant transformation of thyroid nodules;Safe and effective,no adverse reactions,it is worth further clinical research,reference and application.
