Clinical Effect Obvervation Of Fire Surrounding Needle With Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Benign Thyroid Nodules

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Fire Surrounding Needle with Chinese Medicine in treatment of benign thyroid nodules,and evaluate its clinical application value. MethodSelect the 93 patients with thyroid nodule,were randomly divided into three groups: needle medicine combined treatment group(treatment group) and traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth in control group(control group 1),the western medicine in control group(control group 2),each group of 31 patients.3 moths for a course of treatment. Observation of three groups of patients with clinical sympthoms and other relevants indexes,including max diameter of thyroid nodule detected by color Doppler ultrasound,function of thyroid,function of liver and kidney. ResultsClinical curative effect contrast:3 months after treatment, the treatment group has the total effective rate of 87.10%, control group 1 has the total effective rate of 80.65%, control group 2 t has the total effective rate of 54.84%, the total effective rate in treatment group was better than control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome curative effect contrast: the treatment group has the total effective rate of 90.32%, control group 1 has the total effective rate of 74.19%, control group 2 t has the total effective rate of 48.39%, the total effective rate in treatment group was better than control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Max thyroid nodule diameter contrast: the thyroid nodule diameter was smaller in both of the three groups, compared with pre-treatment there are significant differences(P<0.05).Compared between the three groups,the treatment group has more curative effect than control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Relations between the curative effect and the thyroid nodule diameter in the treatment group:in the treatment group,the total effective rate of the maximum nodule diameter before treatment > 1cm was 72.72%, the maximum nodal diameter before treatment <1 cm of the total effective rate was 85%. Patients with the thyroid nodule diameter smaller than 1cm are more effective than those patients with the thyroid nodule diameter bigger than 1cm.Changes of functions of thyroid : the treatment group and control group 1 had no significant difference(P>0.05) changes in the functions of thyroid. There was no significant difference(P>0.05) changes in FT3, FT4, TPOAB, TGAB, the TSH had significant difference compared with before after treatment(P <0.05). Compare three groups after treatment,the comparison TSH of control group2 and control group 1, treatment group has significant difference after treatment(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in comparison of FT3, FT4, TPOAB, TGAB(P>0.05).Three groups of patients in the study phase does not appear obvious adverse reaction, the changes of routine blood, liver, kidney function, have no significant difference compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05), ConclusionFire surrounding needle with Chinese medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with thyroid nodules,reduce thyroid nodules with no obvious effects on thyroid hormone and small side effect.
