Liver Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Acupuncture Treatment Of Depressive States

Purpose: To select meets traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine diagnosis andinclusion criteria in patients with mild to moderate depression, the use of traditional Chinesemedicine acupuncture treatment of this disease, and further validation of the disease and theefficacy of the new theory, and to develop a clear treatment plan.Method: A randomized, blank, hierarchical observation, parallel-group clinical researchmethods, the61cases of depression in patients with (liver qi stagnation) by l: l ratio ofrandomized into the treatment group or a control group.Result: By HAMD reduction rate to assess the overall efficacy of clinical treatmentgroup Control6cases (16.35%), significant improvement in13cases (41.94%),improvement of seven cases (22.58%), ineffective in5cases (16.13%), The total effectiverate was83.87%. Five cases of clinical control group (accounting for16.70%), significantimprovement in8cases (26.67%), and progress in10cases (33.33%), ineffective in7cases (23.33%), total effective rate was76.67%. The total effective rate compared withstatistical significance, P <0.05, the treatment group than the control group. CGI scale is dueto the overall rating scale used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment on a regular basis,this may also analyzed by CGI scale similar conclusions.Conclusion: Acupuncture for the treatment of depression and has good effect,especially when you press the efficacy index to assess the efficacy of traditional Chinesemedicine, with a total effective rate of85.25%, significantly better than with simpleacupuncture group efficacy of treatment of this disease.
