Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Herpangina (spleen And Stomach Heat Accumulation Type) With Qin Zhi Liyan Decoction

Purpose: Objective: to know the application of Qin Liyan Decoction orally, in childrenwith herpangina (heat retention spleen and stomach) cases for clinical treatment, clinicalanalysis of Qin know Liyan decoction.Methods: using a randomized controlled, the outpatient treatment of60cases of infantileherpangina in children with clinical observation. Treatment group: Qin know Liyan Decoctiontaken orally,1-2,1,1period of treatment is3days. Qin know Liyan Decoction: scutellariaroot, Anemarrhena, mint, reed root, Folium Isatidis, Fructus Arctii, buckwheat, bitter orange,figwort root, notopterygium, Balloonflower root, hawthorn. The treatment group ofShuanghuanglian oral liquid oral,1-35ml/and3oral,3-610ml/and3oral.Results: treatment group total effectiveness96.67%, the comparison group totaleffectiveness86.67%. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared statisticallysignificant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group, and toshorten the course to relieve pain, highly statistically significant. Qin know Liyan Decoctioncurative effect, no adverse reaction, safe and reliable, patient compliance is good, worthy ofclinical popularization and application.
