| Objective: Qingjie Liyan Prescription for the treatment of herpangina(cold of wind-heat syndromes)in children,and evaluation of its clinical efficacy,explore its prescriptions and medication characteristics,and provide a clinical basis for its treatment of herpangina(cold of wind-heat syndromes)in children.Methods: The study subjects included 80 children with herpangina(cold of wind-heat syndromes)in children who met the Chinese and Western medicine inclusion criteria in the pediatric clinic of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(The Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine).They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 40 cases.The treatment group received oral Qingjie Liyan Prescription,and the control group received oral Xiaoer Yanbian Granules for 5 days.Observe the changes in symptom scores of the children in the two groups before and 5 days after treatment,and perform statistical analysis to evaluate their clinical efficacy.Results:1.After 5 days of treatment,the total symptom scores and single score of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that the drugs in both groups could effectively improve the clinical of herpangina(cold of wind-heat syndromes)in children.2.After 5 days of treatment,the total scores of symptoms and single score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of Qingjie Liyan Prescription was better than Xiaoer Yanbian Granules.3.Comparison of efficacy after 5 days of treatment: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,of which 22 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,and 2 case was ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 84.21%,of which 13 cases were cured,10 cases were marked,9 cases were effective,and 6 were ineffective.The result of the total effective rate comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),which was not statistically.The comprehensive effect of the two group was compared and the result show that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than the control group,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both Qingjie Liyan Prescription and Xiaoer Yanbian Granules can effectively treat herpangina(cold of wind-heat syndromes)in children,and the Clinical effect of Qingjie Liyan Prescription is obviously better than that of Xiaoyan Yanbian Granules.2.Qingjie Liyan prescription did not find any adverse reactions in the research of this project,and it has good safety and great clinical promotion value. |
