The Clinical Research Of Treating Herpangina With Jiawei Xiehuang Particles

ObjectiveBy use of the Jiawei Xiehuang Particles to treat children with herpan gina,observe the curative effect,assess the application value,and make a summary of the clinical advantage.Provide the medical advice for the fut ure treatment of herpangina by traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsSelected 80 children with herpangina in December 2015 to December 2016 in the 3rd affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM pediatrics outpatient department.Randomly divided into test group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,whi le the test group with herbal decoction.Observed the changes before and a fter treatment on the clinical signs,symptoms,laboratory indexes,assess t wo groups before and after treatment on symptoms and signs of integral re spectively,timed herpes and defervescence fading,and evaluated its therap eutic effect.Used SPSS22.0 to set up a series of statistical analysis,A P value<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.ResultsThere are no statistical difference between the test group and control group in distribution of age,gender,degree of illness,etc of various symptoms integral before treantment(P>0.05).After treatment,test group are better than control group on the time of herpes and defervescence fading,fever,h erpes,head pain,cough,diet,the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05).However,on the sore throat,swallowing,complexion,spirit,shit,ther e are no statistically significant difference in the two group(P>0.05).Fo r the integral difference comparison,test group is better than control gr oup on the sore throat,spirit,diet(P<0.05),the difference are statistical ly significant.The rest of the differences are no statistical significand e(P>0.05).After treatment the total integral comparison within groups,gr oup were statistically significant(P<0.05).Test group on the general symp toms and signs improved condition are better than that of control group.W hen analysis curative effect of the two groups,treatment group cure 6 cas es(15%),19 cases are markedly improved(47.5%),14 cases(35%)effective,ov erall curative effect is superior to the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionJiawei Xiehuang Particles can significantly improve the clinical curative of children with herpangina,effectively shorten the herpes and antifebrile fading time,improve a number of signs and symptoms score.
