Purpose: Observation ZhishiXiebaGuizhi decoction on myocardial ischemia-reperfusioninjury, and to explore the protective mechanism of action for Chinese medicine treatment ofmyocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in clinical applications based on providing disease.Method: The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, the myocardialinfarct size after ischemia-reperfusion injury, serum LDH, serum NOS activity, pathologicalchanges in myocardial tissue staining HE, and further research ZhishiXiebaiGuizhi decoctionpretreatment on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Result:1. Zhishi Xieba iGuizhi decoction can significantly reduce the scope of ischemia andreperfusion injury of myocardial infarction in rats with acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusioninjury in rats. Compared with model group P <0.001.2. Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction can significantly improve myocardialischemia-reperfusion injury in serum LDH levels, has a protective effect on the heart.Compared with model group P <0.01.3. Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction can significantly improve myocardialischemia-reperfusion injury in serum levels of NOS, has a protective effect on themyocardium. Compared with model group P <0.01.4. HE staining of rat myocardium, photos observation showed pathological cardiac tissuemorphology sham group had no significant changes in myocardial fibers arranged in neatrows, no inflammatory cell infiltration and swelling of myocardial necrosis; visible swellingmodel large group of cardiac muscle fiber rupture, myocardial necrosis, a large number ofinflammatory cell infiltration, exudation; myocardial tissue swelling Zhish Xiebai Guizhidecoction group were significantly higher than the untreated group, less inflammatory cellinfiltration. Conclusion: Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injuryin rats, the animals can be significantly reduced in vivo acute myocardialischemia-reperfusion injury trunk myocardial infarct size, reduction of inflammatory cellinfiltration and swelling of myocardial necrosis, for myocardial protective effect; while its protective effect may be enhanced by the expression and activity of lactate dehydrogenasemyocardial cells and nitric oxide synthase to achieve. |
