| Object: The aim of this study was to observe the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction "in the treatment of hypofunction of Yang Qi, phlegm and blood stasis type the clinical curative effect of unstable angina, and explore the mechanism of action, to evaluate its efficacy and safety, to provide a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Method: The patients were selected from December 2013 to November 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Cardiology outpatient clinic internship with comprehensive medical ward collected a total of 60 cases are in line with inclusion and exclusion criteria, according to a randomized, double-blind principle divided into experimental group and the control group, 30 cases, in general, the two groups were not statistically different. Western groups were given routine treatment, the experimental group on the basis of additional services aurantium Xiebai Guizhi soup, day one, morning and evening, warm clothes twice. Test for a period of four weeks. Angina were observed before and after the onset of treatment(pain, seizure frequency and duration), the symptom score changes, changes in the electrocardiogram, exercise treadmill test positive rate of change, the rate of nitroglycerin stopped by, and related laboratory tests, carried out comparative analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results: After four weeks of treatment, clinical trials comparing the efficacy of group and control group, the experimental group at improving the situation angina(pain, seizure frequency, seizure duration) aspect effective than the control group, TCM symptom scores improved more significantly, in exercise treadmill test positive rate, minus the rate of nitroglycerin stopped, ECG changes, CRP, TG, TC, LDL-C and other laboratory indicators, there are significant differences between the two contrast, show the experimental group than in the control group had higher clinical efficacy, safety in the liver and kidney function indicators no significant difference, application security.Conclusions: The results showed that citrus aurantium Xiebai Guizhi decoction combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the Yang Qi decline, the clinical efficacy of phlegm type of unstable angina, compared to conventional Western medicine alone, the experimental group in improving the clinical signs and symptoms check the indicators related to significant effect. Its related mechanism may increase myocardial blood supply, inhibit the inflammatory response, lipid plaque stabilization, improved endothelial function, and delay the progression of arteriosclerosis, etc., and has good tolerability and safety, deserve further application and promotion. |
