The Clinical Research Of Diabetic Gastroparesis In The Treatment Of Acupuncture With Auricular Application Pressure

Purpose: Using the method of spleen and stomach qi of auricular application pressure and acupuncture for the t reatment of diabetic gastroparesis, observe and verify the clinical therapeutic effect.Method: Adopts the research method of randomized controlled clinical trials of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital diagnosis of diabetic gastroparesis outpatient and inpatient,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to filter the 60 patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group comparison of two groups, each case may not be less than 30 cases, the treatment group using acupuncture auricular application pressure treatment, the control group using conventional western medicine domperidone treatment, then observe the validation and statistics to compare two groups of therapeutic effect.Result: Treatment group use of auricular application pressure and acupuncture for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis liver stomach with 30 cases, the total effective rate was80.00%,the control group using conventional western medicine domperidone treatment of 30 cases,the total effective rate was 73.33%, the treatment group is better than the control group.Recurrence rate were followed up for 1 months after test, the treatment group was20.0%, control group recurrence rate was 26.7%, significantly higher than the treatment group.The whole test process, no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion: Using the method of spleen and stomach qi of auricular application pressure and acupuncture for the treatment of liver stomach with diabetes gastroparesis clinical treatment has obvious effect, this method is safe and effective, is worth widely applied in clinical treatment.
