| Purpose: The most common clinical Spleen diabetic gastroparesis patients with acupunctureand auricular pressure treatment of rows related laboratory examinations, laboratory tests dataand verify that the treatment effect. Investigate the pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis, arecent study progress and treatment.Method: In this study, using a randomized, parallel-group, own before and after theobservation method. Met the inclusion criteria Spleen diabetic gastroparesis underwentballoting method randomly selected60cases of samples, and then the sample number of60cases, line random digit grouping, in ascending sort, the first30cases of the treatmentgroup,after30cases in the control group. Treatment group sample of30cases, withacupuncture and auricular pressure method treatment; samples of30cases of the controlgroup, the use of conventional oral medication. The full course of treatment of the two sets ofdata for statistical analysis.Result: By statistical analysis of the treatment group after the end of treatment, the totaleffective rate was53.33%, the total efficiency of the control group was40.00%, the twogroups difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), suggesting that the clinical effects ofthe treatment group in this experimentthe control group compared with the obviousadvantages. There were no adverse events occurred during the experiment.Conclusion: In terms of efficacy, with acupuncture and auricular acupressure can be effectivein improving the the Spleen diabetic gastroparesis patients with clinical symptoms and signs,to enhance gastric motility, promote gastric emptying, improve the patient’s quality of life;safety relative to drug treatment thanhigh, has significant advantages and broad applicationprospects, the market potential is huge, prevention and research level of Chinese medicineDGP can be improved to a certain extent. |
