The Study Of The Scraping Therapy’s Curative Effect In Curing The Disease Of Accumulation And Stagnation In Children

Objective: analyse the curative effect and advantage of curing the disease of accumulation and stagnation in children by scraping therapy. Provide scientific evidence for curing the children’ disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Method: select 60 children with the disease of accumulation and stagnation in Department of pediatrics in the first affiliated hospital of Changchun university.Then divide them into experimental group and control group according to the admission number. The control group are treated by physical cooling and the experimental group are treated by scraping therapy. Compare the temperature、clinical symptoms score and curative effect score when 1st、 2nd、3rd and 4th day after admitted to the hospital.Result:1.The degree of temperature reduction of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group and the frequency of temperature rise is few than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The temperature of the experimental group descend stably when0.5h、1h、1.5h、2h、3h、4h、5h、24h、48h、72h after treated.while the temperature of the control group rise sometimes(P<0.05)3.The number of children with temperature descend to normal of the experimental group is more than that of the control group within the 3 days after treated(P<0.05).4.curative effect score:There is a statistically significant between the the experimental group’ curative effect score and the control group when tested after 1d(P<0.05).5.The average hospitalization days of the control group is 9.2±0.4d,and The average hospitalization days of the experimental group is 7.0±0.5d.(P<0.05).6.The average hospitalization cost of the control group is 5823.4±5.6 yuan,and The average hospitalization days of the experimental group is 3452.2±3.4 yuan.(P<0.05).Conclusion: Scraping therapy has a obvious curative effect in curing the children with accumulation and stagnation, and also has a shorter hospitalization days and lower hospitalization cost,and its curative effect for children having fever is lasting and obvious.
