Clinical Study On Massage Combined With Scraping Therapy For Children With Multiple Tic Disorder(Qi Stagnation And Fire Type)

Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of massage combined with scraping and oral Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of children with multiple Tourette's disease,the difference between the two methods was compared,and it was proved that the massage combined with scraping has definite clinical curative effect and advantage in the treatment of children's multiple Tourette's disease.Method:A total of 72 children with multiple Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the course of the treatment,63 cases were treated,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with massage and scraping,1 times a day,6 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,1 times a week with scraping treatment,4 weeks as a course of treatment,both of them were treated with 2 courses of continuous treatment.The control group was treated with oral Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets.A total of 8 weeks(a total of two courses of treatment)were treated for a total of 8 weeks.The scores of each group before and after treatment and the TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in each group.The curative effect and the long-term effect of two groups were evaluated respectively.Result:Statistical software analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the sex,age and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group.In the two groups,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.70%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.90%,and the total effective rate of the TCM syndrome treatment group in the two groups was 90.60%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.19%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 months of treatment the recurrence rate was 6.30%in the treatment group and 25.80%in the control group.Conclusion:1.Massage combined with scraping therapy is effective in treating children with Tourette syndrome,and it is more effective than oral Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets.2.The curative effect of massage combined with scraping therapy in improving Yale's comprehensive pumping degree is better than that of oral Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets.3.Two groups of children after treatment,irritability,mouth sores,face redness and other TCM syndromes were improved,and the treatment group had better curative effect.4.Massage combined with scraping therapy has a lower recurrence rate and a long term effect in treating qi stagnation and fire type multiple tic disorder.
