Clinical Observation Of Scraping Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Dry Eye Caused By Liver Meridian Stagnation And Heat

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye by observing and studying the clinical symptoms of dry eye patients with stagnation heat of liver meridian before and after treatment,so as to provide a feasible basis for the treatment of dry eye of stagnation heat of liver meridian in the future,and develop the method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye.Materials and methods:from September 2019 to November 2020,60 patients with dry eye of stagnation heat type of liver meridian were selected from the ophthalmology clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the control group was treated with pure traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The duration was 4 weeks During the treatment period,clinical observation was made on the tear secretion test,tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescein staining and TCM symptoms and signs.After the treatment,the observation results were analyzed and the curative effect of each group was counted.In this study,SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data of the two groups before and after treatment,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results: before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,TCM symptoms and signs scores of the patients,which was comparable.1.Comparing the tear film break-up time(TBUT)of the two groups before and after treatment,the tear film stability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);2.The tear secretion test(SIT)of the two groups before and after treatment showed that the experimental group could promote the tear secretion more than the control group(P < 0.05);3.Comparing the FLS scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the scores of the experimental group tended to be more normal than that of the control group(P < 0.05);4.Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment,the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: in the clinical study of scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye of stagnation heat type of liver meridian,good clinical effect has been achieved,which can improve the stability of tear film,promote tear secretion,repair corneal injury,and improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine to a certain extent.
