Object: This object aims to get to know the present situation of moving service, moving services cognitive status quo of community nurses from Changchun, and its attitude and needs towards the learning knowledge-service moving; Clear the influence factors about moving services cognitive status quo of community nurses from Changchun; Community health centers proposed to adapt and improve quality of care measures touched and promotion methods; put forward the measures and promotion methods which can improve the quality of moving nursing service.Method: By using the method of random cluster sampling, choosing 252 community nurses in 18 community health service centers of 3 districts in Changchun City with a questionnaire survey, the questionnaire includes 4 parts, general information, moving service educational experience of Community nurses, the Cognitive level of moving Care about Community nurses from Changchun and the willingness to learn moving service and its influences. Using Spss19.0 statistical software analyse the date, There were several Statistical methods used to analyzing the data, such as descriptive analysis, and t test, Chi-square, analysis of variance and logistics regression analysis. Analyzing the results, then put out reasonable strategy.Results: ①Only 37.19% respondents have heard the word of “moving service”. ②Community nurses learning the knowledge of “moving service” mainly from the cultivation of hospital, the relevant humanities courses from school, continuing education. ③the total of moving care knowledge score was(15.98±3.396), the theoretical knowledge score was(6.25±1.735), the skill moving care knowledge score was(5.86±1.699), the perceived knowledge score was(3.65±1.346). ④43.87 % community nurses were interested in learning the knowledge of moving care, There was significant difference scores towards moving care knowledge and its 3 dimensions, such as education levels, professional titles, work experience,character, There was significant difference among. ③factors that affected community nurses? willingness to learn moving care knowledge and skills, that included developing education and training of moving care, the experience of moving care, the Community nurses? cognition of the benefits of moving care.Conclusion: ①Community nurses lack the knowledge of moving care. ②Community nurses? moving care at a medium level, Education levels, professional titles, Character put a important affect on the level of knowledge moving care. ③Community nurses had a low willingness to learn moving care knowledge in Changchun. The main factor influence the willingness to learn moving care knowledge were developing education and training of moving care, the experience of moving care, the Community nurses ?s cognition of the benefits of moving care. ④we should take effective measures to elevate Community nurses? the level of moving care knowledge, and promote the moving care services used to clinical practice.
