ObjectiveTo understand the cognitive situation of nursing related legal risk of practice nursing students in Changde area. Analysis of the existing problems and its influencing factors, In order to cause the attention of nursing educators and managers.Preliminary discussion for the training strategy of practice nurses' nursing related legal risk cognition was progressed, in order to strengthen student nurses' legal system education in medical college and hospital, and provide a scientific basis for safety awareness training. MethodsStratified random sampling method was applied in this investigation. This study investigated 540 practice nurses who came form secondary and tertiary hospitals in Changde region and had been continuous practiced 7-9 months. Using SPSS18.0 software made statistical analysis for All data, Statistical analysis methods included statistical description, t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. P as or less 0.05 was statistically significant, all P values for bilateral probability.Results1 The overall average share of Internship nurses' health laws and regulations related cognitive is 2.12± 0.74 points.2 75.8% of the practice nurses think it is very important to learn the health laws and regulations,23.8% of the trainee nurses think it is important. 58.8% of the practice nurses think that they extremely need to learn the knowledge of health laws and regulations, 41.2% of the practice nurses think that they need to learn the knowledge of health laws and regulations.3 39.4% of the practice nurses do not Perform nursing operations without authorization, 46.5% of the student nurses can do it in the act of nurse daily words carefully, 57.5% of the student nurses in daily nursing behavior can fully achieve timely communication with patients,57.5% of the student nurse can inform patients operating purpose, significance and notes every time in the process of nursing procedures, 60.0% of the student nurses can give the details of the discharge guidance to discharged patients every time.4 Through multi-factor multivariate linear regression analysis know that, major factors impacting internship nurses' Legal risk cognitive status conclude the practice nurses' perceptive status toward the hospital patient safety culture, Trainee nurses cognitive level of knowledge about health laws and regulations and the time of studying health laws and regulations in hospital. Trainee nurses in the evaluation of the main factors affecting their own legal risk cognition think Rounding out the top three respectively are poor legal knowledge, lack of responsibility, lack of patient safety nursing training in Hospital. Conclusion1 Trainee nurses' nursing related legal risk cognition is low in Changde area.2 Major factors impacting legal risk cognitive status in trainee nurses' nursing behaviors include trainee nurses' cognitive level of knowledge about health laws and regulations, The hospital's management toward student nurses and the hospital patient safety culture.3 Schools and hospitals should pay attention to student nurses' education of legal system. Hospitals should build good hospital patient safety culture and strengthen the management toward student nurses, improve their legal risk prevention awareness.
