A Clinical Study Of Huangting Decoction Treatment Of Phlegm Heat Closed The Lung

Purpose:Huang Ting Tang combined application of the clinical efficacy of pediatric medicine phlegm off lobar lung type of treatment, combination therapy was observed in children with type lobar lung phlegm off effect, the evaluation of pulmonary medicine treatment of infantile phlegm off type large advantages lobar pneumonia.Method:Pediatric patients screened in line with standards of the disease a total of 60 patients were randomized to the principle divided into treatment group and control group, the number of cases in each group are all 30 cases.In the control group were treated with anti-infective medicine symptomatic treatment, five days a course of treatment was observed 2-4.The treatment group received the control group on the basis of Huang Ting decoction, 5 days a course of treatment was observed 2-4.Huang Ting Tang drug composition and usage: skullcap, Tinglizi, gypsum, almonds, Chuanxiong, Houttuynia, celandine, Fritillaria, bellflower, Suzi, melon son, Peucedanum, licorice, each vice-free fried Chinese medicine(Tian Jiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Province) over each bag of drugs, a drug within six months serving four days; 6 to 12 months a drug for 3 days; 1 to 2 years old serving a drug two days; 3 to 4 years old a day and a half the medicine; 5 years serving a drug one day.Result:Treatment groups: cured 24 cases, the cure rate is 80%; 4 cases were markedly effective rate of 13.3%; effective one case, efficiency of 3.3%; 1 patient, 3.3% inefficiency; the total efficiency of 96.7%. Control group: 14 cases cured, the cure rate 56.7%; 2 cases markedly effective rate of 6.7%; effective in 7 cases, the efficiency of 23.3%; 4 cases, the inefficiency of 13.3%; the total efficiency of 86.7%. The overall response rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05) that the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Integrative treatment of children with type lobar lung phlegm off the better, and its advantage is to shorten the course of disease, enhance the efficacy and reduce the financial burden on families of children.
