Curative Effect Of Sang Huang Xie Fei Tang Treatment On Children With Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective: To summarize the efficacy of Sang Hang Xie Fei Tang treatingMycoplasma pneumoniae infection (Phlegm heat closed lungs) patients.For the promotionof combination traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of MPP powerful basis.Methods: Shandong Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital from March2013to February2014study of children admitted to the hospital. Will be included in thestandard of69cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(Phlegm heat closed lungs)in children with34cases randomly divided into observation group and control group35cases. observation group received Azithromycin+Sang Hang Xie Fei Tangtreatment,control group received Azithromycin+Qing Fei Kou Fu Ye. By comparing thetwo groups before and after treatment in children with the main TCM syndrome integral,the total score, efficient,the cure rate and hospitalization days for determining mulberryhuang lung soup decoction of the clinical curative effect of mycoplasma pneumonia. Thecollected data using SPSS17.0statistical software for data anaiysis. Measurement data iscompared between group by test, counting data by chi-square test, rank and inspection, thesignificant differences P <0.05, P <0.01for the very significant difference, P﹥0.05therewas no significant difference.Results: In improving the fever,cough,sputum indicates,asthma,sore throat,tongue andlung auscultation main syndrome in observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Observation group cure rate was61.7%,total effective rate was97.1%,the controlgroup cure rate was51.4%,total effective rate was85.7%. Observation group cure rate isbatter than the control group (P <0.05),efficacy. Two groups of children with averagehospitalization days observation group8.5+/-1.7days respectively, and the control group 11.8+/-1.4days, both have significant difference(P <0.05),to shorten the period oftreatment that observation group was better than the control group. In the aspect ofreducing azithromycin caused by gastrointestinal side effects, observation group4cases,12cases in the control group and observation group significantly less than the control group.Conclusion: Azithromycin+Sang Hang Xie Fei Tang in the treatment ofMycoplasma pneumoniae (Phlegm heat closed lungs) infection in children significantlybetter than Azithromycin+Qing Fei Kou Fu Ye therapy. Sang Hang Xie Fei Tang in thetreatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Phlegm heat closed lungs) is worth in-depth study.
