ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of nurse’s work flow, organizational climate, and job performance, then analyze their relations, thereby providing a reference for hospital nurse management.MethodsUsing the simple cluster sampling to extract 680 clinical nurses of two tertiary hospitals in Hengyang city of hunan province as the research object. To make a inquiry with "The general demographic information questionnaire", "Nurses’ work flow questionnaire", "The nurse organizational climate perception scale", and "Nurses’ job performance scale". The data were loged by Epidata 3.1, and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software, statistical analyze methods included descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA analysis and correlation analysis.Results1 The average aggregate score of nurses’ work flow was(4.22±0.41), which was in themedium level,The highest score of 5 dimension entries was "the sense of time change", the score was(4.52±0.54); the lowest score of 5 dimension entries was "Control the work task",the score was(3.87±0.39); The average aggregate score of nurses’ organizational climate was(3.02±0.31), which was in the medium level. The highest score of 6 dimension entries was "quality management", the score was(3.63±0.37); The lowest score of 6 dimension entries was “HRM”(human resource management), the score was(3.07±0.35); The average aggregate score of nurses’ job performance was(4.12±0.46), which was in the medium level. The highest score of 3 dimension entries was "the task performance",the score was(4.55±0.51); The lowest score of 3 dimension entries was "work dedication", the score was(3.86±0.35).2 Nurses’ work flow and each dimension entries had statistically significant in department, age, marriage, years of working, professional title, monthly income(P<0.05); The nurses’ organizational climate and each dimension entries had statistically significant in education background, professional title, position, labor relationship, monthly income(P<0.05); The nurses’ job performance and each dimension entries had statistically significant in age, marriage, years of working, education background, professional title, position, labor relationship, monthly income(P<0.05).3 It had a positive correlation between the nurse’s organizational climate and each dimension entries, so did nurses’ work flow and each dimension entries(P<0.05); It had a positive correlation between the relationship of the Nurses’ work flow and each dimension entries, so did nurses’ job performance and each dimension entries(P<0.05).Conclusion1 The nurses’ work flow in tertiary hospitals were in the medium level. its influencing factors included department, age, marriage, years of working, professional title, monthly income.2 The nurses’ organizational climate in tertiary hospitals were in the medium level. its influencing factors included education background, professional title, position, labor relationship, monthly income.3 The nurses’ job performance in tertiary hospitals were in the medium level. its influencing factors included age, marriage, years of working, education background, professional title, position, labor relationship, monthly income.4 The higher of the nurses’ organizational climate, the better of work flow;The higher of the nurses’ work flow, the better of job performance...
