Study Of The Characteristics On Meidication For Apoplexia In The Zhang Medicine

This thesis uses the method of combined with literature research and modern pharmacology research on basis of traditional Chinese medicine,through the study of the prescription and traditional Chinese medicine,with the treatment of apoplexy in fifty-five prescriptions and one hundred and twenty-three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in the book as the object of the research,summed up the prescription characteristics on treatment of apoplexy in the book called Zhang medicine of the Qing Dynasty Zhang Lu.First of all,this thesis uses document research method to analyze apoplexy systematically in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,including the name of disease, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment,to try to realize the law of development in apoplexy prescription and treatment as a whole, in order to facilitate the work of literature research in the future.Secondly,this thesis classifies the prescriptions and medicines mentioned in the book from various views.It indicates that Zhang was good at treating the apoplexy of phlegm turbidity and gore,and often used prescriptions for dispelling wind-phlegm;then to analysis ten the highest frequency of the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of apoplexy in the book,which is licorice, fresh ginger, ginseng, Chines angelica, cinnamon, aconite, poria, atractylodes, radix saposhnikoviae, ephedra,the traditional Chinese medicine can be classified as efficacy, drug properties, taste, channel tropism,statistics indicates that the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines are the tonic and exterior-releasing medicine,pungent and warm medicine,and spleen-returning medicine.Last but not least,this thesis summarizes Zhang Lu’s treating characteristics of apoplexy through the analysis of Zhang’s medical records and prescription characteristics.He formed his original views on different syndromes of apoplexy and flexibly applied them to developed the ancient prescriptions and created the new prescriptions,and made a good therapeutic effect in clinical.Through the study of this thesis,which to explore the treatment of apoplexy with characteristics of prescriptions in Zhang medicine totally and clearly,that hope to provide reference for the future research.
