Research On The Method Of Differentiating And Treating Cough And The Characteristics Of Prescriptions In "Medicine Zhongzhong Shenxilu"

Objective:Based on the prescriptions and related theories of the cough treatment in Zhang Xichun's Zhongshen Xilu of Medicine,this paper systematically arranges and studies the methods of cough differentiation and treatment.Through statistical methods,the formulation ideas,medication methods and compatibility characteristics of the treatment of cough were summarized.To broaden the ideas and methods of differentiation and treatment of cough,improve the clinical effect.Methods:1.collecting,sorting and west recorded in medical applications contained in the treatment to "cough","rinse" and "cough" as the primary symptom and disease concurrently provisions,basis and add and subtract,the formulas for the book about cough etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principle of treatment,prescriptions and drugs such as elements of the synthesis and analysis,induction,summarizes the zhang characteristics and method of treating cough.2.The statistical software was used to establish a database of the prescriptions for cough treatment in "Shenxi Lu of Medicine",and the statistical analysis was made on the frequency,common drug groups and drug pairs of Zhang's cough treatment.The used drugs and prescriptions were summarized and analyzed,and the characteristics and compatibility methods of Zhang's treatment of cough were summarized.Results: 1.Zhang Xichun pays attention to the six aspects of cough differentiation: deficiency,phlegm,external evil,blood stasis,atmospheric subsidence and his zang.Its differentiation of deficiency can be divided into Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency.The differentiation of external evil is wind cold,wind temperature,wind dryness;In terms of cough treatment,the main manifestations are Qi tonifying method,Yin nourishing method,phlegm treating method(reducing adverse Qi,clearing Qi,collecting Qi,warming and nourishing heart and lung),dispelling pathogenic factors(removing external pathogenic factors and removing blood stasis),regulating and smoothing Qi mechanism(promoting lung and collecting liver,elevating spleen and lowering stomach,lowering Qi to the root),and tonifying zang-fu organs and so on.2.A total of 18 prescriptions were included in this statistical analysis,50 kinds of drugs were used,and the total frequency was 136 times.In the classification of drug efficacy,drugs to tonify deficiency were used the most frequently,58 times,and drugs to tonify qi,Yin and blood were mainly used,the frequency was 29,14 and 7 times,respectively.The second was antipyretic drugs for 24 times,antipyretic drugs for 17 times and expectorant drugs for 14 times.Among them,there were 21 drugs whose frequency was more than 3 times(including 3 times),accounting for 41.2% of the total number of drug flavors.The total frequency was 99 times,accounting for 72.8% of the total frequency.Cluster analysis and modern literature study screened out a total of four groups of drugs with therapeutic significance,respectively: Ophiopogonis and Pinellia tuber,gypsum and white straw root,xuanxin Arctium lappa,almond and Asarum.Conclusion: 1.differentiation and treatment of cough,the most important Qi;The cause of heavy heat,treatment from Yin;Investigate this poor source,phlegm drink from;Cold and warm,both attack and complement;Your lungs monarch,mediating qi activity;A comprehensive view of the overall situation,deconstructing the viscera.2.The characteristics of prescription medicine: familiar with classics and active use of classical prescription;Create a new prescription,medicine less special;Compatibility of prescription and skillful medication pair;Like to use crude medicine,reuse blindly.
