Study On Application Of Zhang Yuansu's Ascending And Descending Theory In The Compatibility Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription

Objective: To clarify the ancient and modern evolution of ascending and descending medicine theory and summarize the law of its application in the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.Methods: The first part: using the method of literature research,starting with the classical works of traditional Chinese medicine,systematically consult the ancient medical books,complete combing the relevant works of famous doctors in the past dynasties,explain the origin,put forward,perfect,establish and popularize the theory of ups and downs with the context of age and doctors,and Zhang Yuansu's contribution to the theory of ups and downs of traditional Chinese medicine.The second part: using the method of literature research,this paper expounds the application of the theory of ups and downs in the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses and summarizes the specific application contents and characteristics of the theory of ups and downs in the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.Result:Zhang's theory of ascending and descending medicine originated from the Huangdi Neijing,which is based on the rise and fall of viscera and qi.There is an internal relationship between the four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine and the rising and falling,and the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is intrinsically related.The rise and fall of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the comprehensive action of various influencing factors.The curative effect of medicine is the fundamental of its floating and sinking performance.The floating and sinking performance of traditional Chinese medicine is the same as that of other drugs,it is only one aspect of drug action,and one kind of drug characteristic can only be used as one of the basis of clinical syndrome differentiation,not the only basis.Conclusion: Prescription legislation,focusing on drug ups and downs At the same time,it is necessary to combine the other properties of traditional Chinese medicine,such as four qi and five taste,tonifying diarrhea,return to the meridian and other theories,to give comprehensive consideration,clinical syndrome should be based on the pathogenesis,appropriate compatibility,flexible application of the floating theory of medicine.
