The Pulse Electrostatic Oscillation Massage Integrated Application Reasearch For The Idiopathic Facial Palsy

Objective:This article focuses on studying the the clinical effect of the Pulse electrostatic oscillation massage comprehensive treatment for idiopathic facial palsy. To observe the role of the facial nerve function was improved by the Pulse electrostatic oscillation massage.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,80 idiopathic facial palsy patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in the treatment group,and 40 cases in the control group. The treatment group carry out the Pulse electrostatic oscillation massage and the ultrashort wave therapy.the control group carry out traditional facial muscle massage and the ultrashortwave therapy.7 days for a course, treatment group, the Pulse electrostatic oscillation massage 20 minutes one time, the ultrashort wave therapy 15 minutes.the control group, the traditional facial muscle massage 20 minutes one time. The Ultra short wave therapy is the same as the treatment group.The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated between before the treatment and the after treatment.Taking the standardized diagnosis and the curative effect evaluation standard as the evaluation index.House-Brackmann scale and nerve conduction electrical detection serve as observing indexes, the data was disposaled and analyzed with SPSS 17.0 package.Result:After the treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group,and the control group in the total effective rate was 82.5%,two groups total effectiveness rate was significant difference(P<0.05), there are significant differences (P<0.05)in reducing the symptom scores and the facial nerve level between the treatment group and control group.The treatment group is better than the control group.the facial nerve latency and action potential amplitude by the neural electrophysiological examination,after treatment there was significant difference than before within every group.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group for comparison, there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:① Afterthe treatment, the clinical effect、the symptom score、the Facial nerve level、the latency, the amplitude,there was a significant improvement the treatment group than the control group, indicating that the Pulse electrostatic oscillation massage comprehensive treatment has more significant effect in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy.②That the Pulse electrostatic oscillation massage comprehensive treatmen idiopathic facial paralysis is a new technology in our department recent years. After treatment with this method, the Patient with facial nerve function, the degree of facial paralysis, the psychological state were well improved, the patient’s treatment time reduced and the curative effect improved, improve the patient’s quality of life improved during the healing process.
