Amber Dosage Adjustment Of Different Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Endometriosis

Research objective:Observe the amber dosage adjustment of different Chinese traditional medicine in the clinical treatment of endometriosis clinical curative effect and recurrence rate. Subject on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and through the syndrome differentiation and treatment, in order to further adjustment of oral contrast observation amber and retention enema clinical curative effect of two routes, and the two groups of curative effect evaluation, for endometriosis provides a means of more effective treatments.Research methods:Randomly assigned 64 patients diagnosed with endometriosis patients into two groups, one group of 32 cases of oral and enema group of 32 cases, observation records in the two groups of patients in the course of changes in VAS, COX dysmenorrhea symptom score in average total duration and severity of symptoms of change and the change of the TCM symptom integral, before and after treatment serum CA125, ovarian chocolate cyst size change and cure patients relapse after 3 months.Research results:1. Oral and enema group clinical total effective rate were 87.10% and 70.0%, amber adjustment of oral and enema clinical therapy treatment difference (P<0.05).2. Two groups of patients in the course of VAS scores compared with before treatment were significantly(P<0.05) or very significant difference (P< 0.01), and in the course of oral VAS score significantly lower than the enema group, has a very significant difference (P<0.01).3. Oral group the treatment of TCM symptoms product compared with before treatment were very significant differences (P< 0.01), the enema group is one course of treatment before there was no significant difference (P>0.05), more than the process of TCM symptom score decreased significantly, there is a very significant difference (P<0.01); in the course of the integral oral group was obviously lower in the enema group, has a very significant difference (P<0 .01).4. Two groups of COX dysmenorrhea symptom score average total duration and severity of symptoms in the treatment group and their comparison are significant sexual differences(P<0.05) or very significant difference(P<0.01).5. Two groups of patients before and after treatment serum CA125 level decreased, oral group decreased significantly, there is a very significant difference (P<0.01); the enema group of decline is not obvious, no significant difference(p>0.05), compared the significant difference between groups after treatment (p<0.05).6. All affect the two ways of ovarian chocolate cyst, oral group is not obvious, but no significant difference (P>0.05), the enema group reduced slightly, obviously difference (P<0.05), comparing the two groups after treatment, the statistical results show that the P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.Follow-up:Withdrawal after 3 months follow-up, in patients with two groups of cure oral group of 2 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate 28.6%; Enema group 1 case of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 33.3%.Research conclusions:Amber adjustment of oral exact method to approach the clinical curative effect of treatment of endometriosis, In subjective pain VAS score, COX dysmenorrhea symptom score in average total duration and severity of symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom improvement and the effect of CA125 significantly better than the enema treatment way, although the two ways of ovarian chocolate cyst has certain improvement, but had not significanstatistically significant.
