Objective:The main topic of the clinical efficacy observed to be the next Amber endometrial polyps in patients with hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps (TCRP) scattered after treatment, patients were evaluated menstrual pattern, so as to provide an improved postoperative clinical menstrual pattern, reducing the program’s relapse rate of endometrial polyps.Methods:The topics chosen for the66met the inclusion criteria of endometrial polyps (EP) were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of33patients (surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine group), control group33cases (surgery alone). Treatment group were given Amber Powder for oral treatment for two months. The control group was a simple operation group, not given any drug intervention, observed two months. Clinical symptoms and signs were observed after treatment, the patient’s menstrual patterns and changes in basal body temperature.Result:The total clinical treatment group and the control group had96.8%and the efficiency of75.6%, respectively, the efficacy of surgical treatment group combined with surgery alone group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); menstruation treatment group and the control group the total efficiency of90.3%and87.9%, respectively, was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment, the patient’s symptom score decreased in the treatment group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control; after treatment to shorten the number of days passing both the treatment group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control.1month observational study comparing two groups of patients HPS score, P>0.05, not statistically significant, HPS score basically two groups of patients were restored to normal after surgery. Infer surgery combined treatment group has a good effect in improving symptoms, signs and patient menstrual patterns.Conclusion:Surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve endometrial polyps (EP) clinical symptoms, signs and menstrual patterns, more effective than surgery alone, side effects.
