Clinical Immunity Study On Treating Endometriosis With The Method Of Bushen Quyu

Objective: To observe the curative effect and the erect on the immunity indexes of Bushen Quyu method in treating Endometriosis. To explore the mechanism of rectifying the immunity.Methods:Forty one patients were divided into two groups by random: 21 cases were settled as the chinese medicine group, which were treated with the method of Bushen Quyu; 20 cases were settled as the western medicine group, which were treated with Gestrinone tablet. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign and the immunity indexes, such as Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125) and Endometrium Antibody (EmAb) were observed.Result:There is the immunity dysfunction in the patients with endometriosis.After the treatment, there were no notable differences in recent clinical effect between chinese medicine and western medicine group,but there were notable differences in the long term clinical effect,and chinese medicine group was superior to western medicine group. there were no notable difference in recent clinical effect dysmenorrhea between chinese medicine and western medicine group,but there were notable difference in cure rate of the long term clinical effect,and chinese medicine group was superior to western medicine group. To improve menorrhagia,chinese medicine group was much better than western medicine group and there were significant differences. There is a significant fall in the serum levels of CA125 and EmAb. Cinese medicine group was less than western medicine group in side effects.Conclusion:Bushen Quyu is an effective method of treatment in treating Endometriosis, the effect can be achieved by improving the symptom and sign, rectifying the immunity dysfunction.
