| Objective:Through the follow-up reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis method co-mbined GnRH-a treatment for endometriosis of laparoscopic surgery patients with the changes of the integrals and classifications of kidney and blood stasis before and after treatment,as well as within one year after treatment of relapse and pregnancy,clear reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis method combined GnRH-a treatment cli-nical curative effect for the treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Method:Selection in December 2014 to January 2016 clinic of our hospital wards of depa-rtment of gynaecology in the endometriosis of laparoscopic postoperative use of GnR-H-a treatment have fertility requirements of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndro-me patients as the research object,and randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and the control group,thirty cases in each group.Two groups of patients were menstr-uating in the first day after laparoscopic surgery began taking Leuprorelin Acetate ty-pe of medicine,an injection needle every twenty-eight days,a total of three injection.Chinese traditional medicine group after each injection Leuprorelin Acetate type of me-dicine in the first day to start taking kidney and eliminating blood stasis method for twenty-one days for a period of treatment,a total of three courses.The control group was subcutaneously injected with Leuprorelin Acetate,a total of three needles,no othe-r treatment.If vasomotor syndrome symptoms in patients with obvious discomfort,to oral oryzanol,one piece at a time,three times a day.The curative effect was evaluate-d at 28 days after injection of the third needle,and the changes of the integrals and classifications of kidney and blood stasis before and after treatment of patients were observed.Patients were followed in different times after treatment of B ultrasonic exa-mination results,VAS scale,serum CA125 level,within one year after treatment of re-lapse and pregnancy,the data were analysed with SPSS soft ware,comparison of two kinds of treatment for endometriosis of laparoscopic surgery applied GnRH-a clinical curative effects of treatment.Results:1.Two groups of patients in the treatment of half a year recurrence of ultrasoun-d have no statistical significance(P>0.05);Chinese traditional medicine group within one year after treatment in patients with ultrasound to exceed the recurrence rate is lo-wer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients in the treatment of half a year the VAS scores of dys-menorrhea,pelvic pain and dyspareunia differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Chinese traditional medicine group within one year after treatment in the VAS scores of dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain and dyspareunia were significantly lower than the control group,there are significant difference of statistical significance(P<0.01).3.Two groups of patients in 28 days after the third injection needle GnRH-a diff-erence of serum CA125 level has no statistical significance(P>0.05);Chinese tradition-al medicine group in the second half and one year after treatment serum CA125 level significantly lower than the control group,there are significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Chinese traditional medicine group within one year after treatment in patients with recurrence rate is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The pregnancy rate within one year after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Two groups of patients before treatment of kidney and blood stasis integral situation,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Chinese traditional medicine group after treatment the integrals and classifications of kidney and blood sta-sis were obviously reduce,the curative effect was superior to control group;While the control group after treatment the integral and classification of kidney were obviously higher,the integral and classification of blood stasis elatively lower compared with be-fore treatment.Conclusion:1.Reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis method can reduce the pain of EMT patients with dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain and dyspareunia;2.Reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis method can reduce serum CA1-25 level and ultrasound recurrence rates to a certain extent,thus reducing the recurren-ce of endometriosis;3.Reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis method to a certain extent,can improve the pregnancy rate in patients with endometriosis,and improve the fertility.4.Reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis method can reduce the endome-triosis patients with laparoscopic postoperative using GnRH-a of the integrals and clas-sifications of kidney and blood stasis,enhance patients tolerance to GnRH-a. |
