Clinical Research Of Therapy Of Wendanbaiguo Soup For Children Cough Variant Asthma With Phlegm In The Lung

Objective:By comparing the observation of TCM symptoms, pulmonary function, serum total IgE and the recurrence rate,toevaluate Wendanbaiguo soup’s clinical curative effect for the treatment of infantile cough variant asthma(Phlegm in the lung).Methods:Select eligible patients70cases, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,32 cases in the treatment group,33 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Wendanbaiguo soupandMST, the control group was given MST.After treatment of 4 weeks,3 months follow-up. Observed two groups of children with TCM symptoms, pulmonary function, serum total IgE of before and after treatment and recurrence rate.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency, the markedly effective rate in the treatment group were 90.63% and 96.88%,90.91%, 69.70% in the control group respectively, total efficiency and the markedly effective rate in the treatment group than the control group, statistically, significant difference(P<0.05).TCM main symptoms and symptoms, treatment after treatment group, the main symptoms and symptom score improvement is better than that of the control group. The statistical analysis, there were significant differences (P< 0.05); TCM symptom score, after treatment, the treatment group, the symptoms to improve the situation were better than the control group, the statistical analysis, there were significant differences (P 0.05).The control group improved lung function and total serum IgE in treatment group was significantly better than (P<0.05).Recurrence rate was 4% in treatment group.Recurrence rate in control group was 20%.The treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, statistically significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Wendanbaiguo Soup can obviously improve symptoms in TCM.2.Wendanbaiguo Soupcan significantly improve lung function.3.Wendanbaiguo Soupcan significantly reduce serum total IgE.4.Wendanbaiguo Soupcan obviously decrease the recurrence rate of children cough variant asthma.
