Clinical Studies On Long Gan-inflammatory Cream For Perianal Abscess Postoperative Effect

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-inflammatory cream Gan Long’ s relieve pain and promote healing for perianal abscess postoperative wound, providing new ideas and methods for anorectal surgery’s TCM treatment.Methods: The observed objects are 100 cases perianal abscess postoperative patients,they are inpatients who came from the Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated Xinjiang Medical University from March 2014 to December 2014 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Male 60 cases, female 40 cases, aged 18-60 years old. The included patients randomly divided into two groups in according to the random number table.The treatment group use Long Gan-inflammatory cream 60 cases,and the control group use Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment 40 cases, two groups are not very different and have comparable in contrast to sex, age, duration of disease, patient tolerance of pain, surgical wound size, mental status. Surgical anesthesia are spinal anesthesia, after surgery all be2 ml Methylene blue +8ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection dosing perianal skin closure in order to achieve long-lasting relief pain. Patients treated since the beginning of the first postoperative day, after removing external fixation tape and fixed dressing give Long Gan-inflammatory cream to smear wound,control group give Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment to smear wounds. After observing postoperative 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and postoperative the 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd days, Fifth day,seventh day(11:00am,17:00pm),observed assessment the pain, exudate, granulation tissue and wound healing time,and record their corresponding scores.Then do statistical analysis.Results: All included patients underwent surgical treatment,and give the same system after treatment. In remarkable efficiency and total efficiency, the experimental group perianal abscess effective rate was 91.66%, the total effective rate was 98.33%; control group perianal abscess the effective rate was 85%, the total effective rate was 92.50%. In terms of pain relief, treatment group was significantly higher. In terms of the swelling,reduce secretions and promote healing,the control group were significantly lower than the treatment group. This fully shows that the dragon Gan-inflammatory cream hassignificant effect to relieve pain for perianal abscess postoperative,and significantly shorter hospital stay.Conclusion: Long Gan-inflammatory cream can effectively improve the abscess postoperative pain, secretions decrease, shorten healing time and reduce patient suffering,is a safety and effective herbal preparations. Through this clinical trial, to broaden the thinking of Chinese medicine treatment in anorectal surgery, while provid a theoretical reference for TCM surgical sore disease.
