The Clinical Observation Of Golden Cream On Postoperative Swelling And Pain Of Perianal Abscess

Objective: Clinical application of golden cream in the treatment of postoperative swelling and pain of perianal abscess.The purpose is to observe the clinical effect of golden cream on the postoperative pain of perianal abscess,objectively evaluate and verify the safety of external application of golden paste for postoperative swelling and pain.Sex,effectiveness,and practicality.Through research,standardization and improvement of the application of golden paste,on this basis,a new idea and new method for the treatment of postoperative perianal abscess swelling and pain can be formed.Methods: Among the inpatients,72 patients with sciatic rectal abscess who were eligible for the standard of the subject were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 patients in each group.In the treatment group,the wounds were cleaned and cleaned,and the jade red gauze was partially changed,and the reddish area was applied with a proper amount of golden cream.In the control group,the wounds were cleaned and only the jade red gauze was partially changed.Detailed records of each patient's medical history,symptoms,signs,and four medical records of the Chinese medicine were collected to prevent the inclusion of unqualified cases through dialectical classification and clear diagnosis.The regression rate score,pain score and tongue and pulse changes of the perianal red swollen area on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation were observed and recorded in the treatment group and the control group.Results: By analyzing the data of age,sex and duration of the two groups of patients,the difference between the two groups of data was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but in the postoperative promotion of redness and remission,pain relief,etc.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in promoting the regression of redness and pain relief.Conclusion: Golden cream is effective in treating postoperative swelling and pain of perianal abscess,and it is safe,effective and practical.
