MSU Classification Of Lumbar Disc Herniation And Observation Of Curative Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe

Objecive:In this study,a prospective randomized,case-control study of a group of patients with lumbar disc herniation was performed to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the resorption of protrusions.At the same time,the differences of lumbar intervertebral disc resorption in different regions of MSU classification were analyzed,and the types that were most conducive to predicting resorption of protrusions were screened.Methods:80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the Department of Orthopaedics,Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group received oral Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,and the control group Oral Celebrex plus the spirit of Mai.Clinical follow-up was performed at 3 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment,and imaging follow-up was performed 12 months after treatment to complete the calculation of protrusion protrusion rate and absorption rate.Comparison:(1)JOA score,ODI index and improvement rate of the treatment group and control group,maximum protrusion rate of the protrusion,absorption rate,number of cases of reabsorption;(2)JOA score between MSU types,ODI index improvement rate,absorption rate,number of reabsorption cases,etc.Results:(1)12 patients fell off during the follow-up period and eventually included 68 patients.34 patients in the treatment group(24 males and 10 females),7 patients with MSU type 1 type,14 cases with type 2,13 cases with type 3;control group 34(23 males and 11 females),MSU type 1 There were 8 cases,15 cases of type 2,and 11 cases of type 3,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The improvement rate of JOA score before and after treatment was 69.71±10.88%in the treatment group and 54.60±5.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).For the improvement rate of JOA scores of MSU type 1,2 and 3,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The improvement rate of ODI index before and after treatment was 68.30±4.95%in the treatment group and 62.26±5.80%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The improvement rate of ODI index of MSU type 2 and type 3 was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The absorption rate of the protrusions before and after treatment was 50.05125.12%in the treatment group and 33.23±22.36%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 32 cases of resorption in the treatment group,accounting for 94.12%,29 cases in the control group,accounting for 85.29%;17 cases in the well-treated group and 9 cases in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).(5)All 68 patients were divided into 3 groups according to MSU classification:11 cases showed resorption in type 1 with a proportion of 73.33%;27 cases showed resorption in type 2,accounting for 93.10%;There were 23 cases of resorption of type suction,accounting for 95.83%.Among them,there were 0 cases with excellent absorption,11 cases with type 2,and 15 cases with type 3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(6)There was no significant difference in the absorption rate between the subtypes of MSU2(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the absorption rate between the subtypes of MSU3.>0.05).conclusion:(1)Yiqi Huoxue Recipe has good clinical efficacy and can better improve the JOA score and ODI index of patients with lumbar disc herniation.(2)Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can promote the resorption of lumbar intervertebral discs and increase the degree of absorption.(3)Among the MSU 1,2,and 3 types,type 3 is most susceptible to resorption,and the degree of absorption is also the largest.(4)The greater the extent to which the protrusion protrudes toward the posterior spinal canal,the easier it is to reabsorb,and the reabsorption is independent of the horizontal position of the protrusion within the spinal canal.
