| Purpose:This research observes the clinical effect of Pinganzhitong Keli in order to treat migraine(ascendant liver yang pattern),to further discuss the migraine pathology mechanism and the mechanism of Pinganzhitong Keli.Method:60 patients of migraine were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group & control group). We applied Pinganzhitong Keli to treat in treatment group,30 patients in control group were treated by Toutongning Jiaonang. We observed the Pinganzhitong Keli sinfluence on the patients’ headache degree scores,headache frequency scores,total symptom scores,the mean blood flow velocity and pulsatility index,and the overall effect.Result:The results indicated:in the aspects of headache degree scores,headache frequency scores and total symptom scores,the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);the mean blood flow velocity of middle cerebral,anterior cerebral,posterior cerebra and pulsatility index,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group showed that the TCM syndrome effectiveness was 93.33%,total effectiveness was 90.00%. The control group was 80.00% and 76.67%,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pinganzhitong Keli is effective on treating migraine,and it is worthy to extensive. |
