Purpose:to observe the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine therapy and liver Yang hyperactivity pattern of migraine curative effect.Materials and methods:60 patients with selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (with Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment and control of 30 cases of Chinese traditional medicine treatment) 30 cases, treatment principles for flat liver dive Yang, Shigemi Han wood and relieving pain. The treatment group main points to take BaiHui, TaiYang,ShuaiGu, FengChi, TaiChong and Ashi points. With the disease with acupuncture point: nausea, vomiting with NeiGuan, ZhongWan; Tinnitus add TingGong, TingHui, ZhongZhu; Insomnia plus ShenMen, NeiGuan. Continuous treatment for a treatment 10 days, two treatment of acupuncture. Traditional Chinese medicine gastrodiae hook cane drink to oral, add and subtract, a agent, water frying clothing, day three oral. With 10 as a treatment for 2 months of treatment. The control group to oral Chinese medicine therapy, methods and treatment group. Observe two groups before and after the treatment duration headache degree, headache (hours/times), headache attack frequency (times/month), accompany symptoms change, and determine the clinical effect.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group for 80%, 96.7 two group total effectiveness in rank and inspection (P < 0.05), and a statistically significant differences, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.Conclusion:acupuncture combined with the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine in treating migraine significantly better than pure herbal treatment, has the effect to fast, short course advantages, worth in clinical experiences.
