| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xifengzhitong particles treating the pattern of liver depression and blood stasis migraine.Methods Screening strictly60cases were separated randomly. One group eating Xifengzhitong particles, while the contrast group eating Tianshu capsule, either of them has30cases. Evaluation was based on the self-assessment and doctor’s records about headache attack. By that, to assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Xifengzhitong particles treating the pattern of liver depression and blood stasis migraine. Observe and record adverse events occurred in the process of clinical research, divided into level1, level2, level3and level4according to the safety evaluation methods, to evaluate the security of Xifengzhitong particles.Results Both of the groups are good at treating migraine, and have the similar clinical efficacy during the experiment. Statistical analysis shows P>0.05. While the treatment group is better than the positive contrast group about improving headache symptoms at a specified future date. Doing statistical analysis about the data that the headache attack after eating medicine12hours,3days,7days,14days and1month(P>0.05), while it is meaningful after1month(P=0.004<0.05, P=0.033<0.05). Therefor, Xifengzhitong particles is better at improving the headache symptoms than Tianshu capsule at a specified future date. And it has clinical security.Conclusion The treatment group and the positive contrast group both are good at treating the pattern of liver depression and blood stasis migraine, and have the similar clinical efficacy during the experiment. The treatment group is better than the positive contrast group about improving headache symptoms at a specified future date. |
