Observating The Instant Eease Curative Effect Of Pain Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse By “Three Methods Of Two Steps”

Purpose: Objectively appraising the immediate analgesia effect on LIDP treated with needling combined with kinesitherapy.observe the advantage of this method to develop a new train of thought in treating LIDPMethod: 60 patients with LIDP by clinical sequence according to the visiting order were randomly divided into treatment group(cluster needling combined with kinesitherapy) and control group(pure acupuncture).Treatment group: according to the patient take corresponding to prone position, causes the patient waist fully exposed, with based iodine or alcohol cotton ball will acupuncture needles after routine disinfection, and put a dot at the center of the affected area is, 5 ~ 8 cm as the radius, performer holding a needle, needle point close to the skin, quickly turning to the direction of pain center in the needle, broke skin namely stop, about0.2 inches, the needles are inserted needle under the skin to form a hillock,needle handle natural prolapse, adsorption in the affected area, the needle body acupuncture needle technique without any line after treatment.Retaining needle told patients during active exercise, such as swing hip on various actions, 20-30 minutes after withdrawal of needles ask the patient lie on the back,after routine disinfection around the navel,needling four acupoints around the navel,use needling manipulation to create a sense of needles,then told the patients to move bodise on various actions such as lift abdominal.Contral group:use pure acupuncture with routine acupoints. Treatments of both groups end one time, use VAS to record the pain status before the treatment and 0.5h,1h,1.5h,2h after the treatment.Pain recurrence status after 24 h is also being observed.Results: ① Two groups of patients baseline material consistent,no statistical difference(P>0.05) ②Two groups have statistical differences at 0.5h and 1h aftet treatment for pain relief.Conclusion: ①Both of the two kind of treatment are very effective ②The immediate effect of the treatment group is better than control group.③The curative effect of treatment group is more durable.
