Reforms in the health care system in China in recent years,especially since China entered the World Trade Organization(WTO), have introduced international capital and private capital into China’s health care market. Public-hospitals are now facing more competitors. Like in other industries, the competition in health care is essentially a competition for talents. It is vitally important for a hospital to enhance its competitive edge by managing its human resources efficiently, especially through compensation management, which is a key factor to employee motivation and retention. In the health care reform in the new situation, the management of National Public Hospital is aroused all social sectors’ greatest attention.Currently, Public hospitals face a variety of medical institutions and shortage of health inputs from the country. At the same time, Public hospitals have to pay social responsibility, in order to reflect the public hospitals, "public welfare". Thus, Public hospitals must take the initiative to start from the inside.This article from the multi-faceted, multi-angle detailed correlation analysis to obtain compensation management method and system necessary to improve public hospitals, more scientific, more reasonable, in order to adapt to the development of today’s society. Through establishing an adjusting the employee compensation form, the compensation structure, the compensation level, and the compensation standard and etc, by maximum limit arouses staffs work enthusiasm and motivate creativity, and make the hospital to obtain the best benefit, ensure the public hospital’s compensation to have a competitiveness in the labor market, in order to attract and stabilize talented person, at the same time through a impartial and reasonable compensation distribution system, promote the hospital development and form the hospital and the staff the interest community.
